Career Cruising has been Wisconsin’s selected future readiness program since 2016. Now we’re excited to work with the DPI to bring you Xello—our new, highly engaging program to help every student become future ready!
Every student, future ready
After more than 20 years as a leading developer of career exploration and planning software, Career Cruising has grown and evolved into Xello! Xello is both our new company name and the name of our new, highly engaging future readiness platform. While our name may have changed, rest assured, we’re still the same passionate group of people committed to helping every student become future ready.
A proven model of success for every student
In Xello, each student builds critical self-knowledge and learns about their future possibilities to build a personalized plan for their future success.
Students define their interests, skills, preferences, and aspirations so they can explore the opportunities right for them.
Students learn about career possibilities and educational pathways by exploring rich engaging content and lessons.
Create a Plan
Students create dynamic, actionable plans that outline the steps needed to achieve school, career and life goals.
Learn & Reassess
As students gain experience, knowledge, and skills, they can reassess and change their plans for the future.

In-person Xello training
UPDATE: In response to the evolving situation with COVID-19, we will not be offering in-person training sessions until at least the end of April. To ensure that professional development opportunities continue to be available to Wisconsin educators during this time, we will be offering virtual workshops. The content and schedule for these sessions is still being developed.
We appreciate your patience and will post updates as they become available.
